Founded in 2004, the Amakula International Film Festival is Uganda’s oldest film festival. Its 19th edition continued its longstanding engagement with African and international cinema, bringing together filmmakers and productions across different categories and backgrounds.
For Call 112, the award adds another recognition to its festival journey, this time from one of Uganda’s longest-running platforms for cinema.
