Les Ateliers de Grand-Bassam, run by the association Grand-Bassam Project, is a direct extension of Ouaga Film Lab, the first development and co-production laboratory in sub-Saharan Africa. By necessity and conviction, they are a new incubator for the fabrication of narratives in Africa.
| ‘We are pleased to announce the projects selected for its 2024 edition, to be held from September 8 to 15 in Grand-Bassam (Ivory Coast). We received a record number of projects, with nearly 150 applications from all over the continent. We would like to thank all for their submissions for this first edition in Ivory Coast.
